Lifetime Buyback
If you sell the jewelry back to us, you’ll get full value (at prevailing rates) of gold and 80% of the value of moissanite. Only the making charges and tax (current rate is 3%) will be deducted.
Lifetime Exchange
If you want to exchange the jewelry, you’ll get full value of gold (at prevailing rates) plus full value of moissanite. The making charges and tax (current rate is 3%) will be deducted.
Lifetime Warranty
Our confidence in the quality of our moissanite stones can be understood by our lifetime warranty. If any defect appears on the moissanite, no matter how many years after the purchase, we will fix it (by replacing the moissanite stones). Again, please note that such a scenario is almost impossible.

THE 15 DAYS RETURN / LIFETIME WARRANTY / LIFETIME BUYBACK / LIFETIME EXCHANGE POLICIES Are Subject To Terms And Conditions As Mentioned Below:
+ You will receive complimentary return shipping for any eligible product for return/exchange/buyback/
+ For customers outside India, all shipping charges are to be borne by them, even during the 15 day period after receipt of the product.
+ Once your returned item is received, our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted for return/exchange/buyback at the values mentioned above.
+ Product should be accompanied with Original Certificate for all returns/exchange/buyback/
+ The return/cash back amount will be as determined by our team at Kéana® Eco-diamonds. In case any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes are used during the original purchase, the amount will be reduced by the amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes.
+ For all buyback transactions, GST at the applicable rate shall be collected from the money back value. The prevailing rate is 3%.
+ Kéana® Eco-diamonds reserves the right to change the exchange/buyback/return price of the product based on the Quality Inspection.
+ In case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product before dispatch.
+ For the 15-day Exchange/Return policy, if the product is purchased at a discounted price under any promotion, then Kéana® Eco-diamonds will only refund the discounted price as per the invoice.
